Message: Quite older place that has been well kept. Don't expect someone in the office much. Great ocean view from our room.

Message: Excellent location! You are steps away from Pismo pier and beach. Back of your alley is Splash Cafe and all touristy shops, restaurants and within 5 min walk is Old West Cinnamon Roll.. Rooms include a kitchenette, a full refrigerator, 2 stove tops, a full microwave, and a good-sized sink with all your cooking hardware and eating/drinking utensils. The bathroom is spacious with a window and exhaust fan. Loved the patio deck. It was large enough to hold 6 people comfortably. Included a round table with 4 chairs and a comfortable bench.. The staff was friendly and accommodating during our stay. For little ones, they have boogie boards and sand toys to use if you forgot yours in the parking garage. You can also leave your beach toys for the next family to utilize as well. We left a boogie board and water tubes. I thought that was awesome.. If you want to enjoy Pismo Beach with family and friends, this is one of the best hotels suites to stay in.

Message: I love the suites those are very roomy with everything you need. Although the view wasn't spectacular everything was great and you can borrow sand toys and boogie boards for the kids.

Message: Great spot and good service. The guy at the front desk was nice and helpful. Room was clean and well kept. But most of all the view was great and being right in next to all of the good shops and restaurants really helped out.
