Message: We had a great experience at the 1880 Union Hotel. We stayed there as part of a wedding party, and attended a wedding on the grounds. The building is historic, yet comfortable with all modern amenities. The yard is large and very well kept. Best part is the people, all very attentive and kind to their guests. I highly recommend 1880 Union Hotel!

Message: Attended for my brother's wedding a few weeks ago and it was such a lovely quaint place. The venue is beautiful, unique, and historic - many cool old rooms including some secret ones for the bridal suite. The staff was very welcoming. It's an old building so you can hear people moving and walking but that's part of the charm of the Alamo Motel (and possibly ghosts). Lovely place to stay, and a must see (at least the outside) on a visit to Los Alamos. One thing to note is that not all of the rooms have their own bathrooms so you may be sharing the community bathroom/shower so if that bothers you I would be sure to inquire about it.

Message: One of my favorite wedding venues! I've been lucky enough to photograph 3 weddings here now and every single time I've been, the staff is wonderfully welcoming, the space is immaculate, and the guests have an outstanding time! THE FOOD IS AMAZING! If you're looking for a weekend getaway space for your family to stay while you celebrate your marriage and you LOVE a good elegant vintage design, this is YOUR PLACE! Here are a few photos from the most recent winter wedding, when the leaves were changing colors! (All photos by Alexandria Monette Photography).

Message: This place was fun to visit! My wife and I visited on a Sunday morning after seeing the long line at Bob's bakery, and we were rewarded with friendly service, a great bloody mary, and a delicious tri-tip breakfast sandwich. The saloon is narrow but deep, and contains a ton of character. It's a shame that the public can't view the hotel that compromises the majority of the historic building, but I understand why. Great place to start a day of exploring and wine tasting.

Message: This is for the cool old school 1800’s bar next door. The min you walk in you feel like your in 1887 or some year before technology took over. The beer was cold, bartender was cool and had normal pool table in the back. Place opens at 4pm so time your trip accordingly so you don’t miss out on this gem in Los Alamos.
